Pre-Bidding

Identification of potential tenders and bidding opportunities

Studying and interpretation of the ITB

Initiating contact with supplier / Manufacturer and soliciting technical and commercial offers

Pre-qualification procedure with end user (Financial and technical capabilities , Past experience and compliance)

Bid Preparation while conducting site visit if necessary to offer the best technical solution

Visiting end user site to submit a hard copy of the bid package

Post-Bidding

Follow up on any requested clarification

Gathering information on tender status , competition status and offering additional assistance

Visiting end-user site to continuously follow up until final bidding results are completed and issued

Execution

Once the project has been awarded:

Contract signature, handling Letters of Credit L/C

Support delegations to factories and conduct third party inspection , coordinate shipping and issuance of COO and legalization.

Follow up on invoices and payments as well as certificates of completion
